• Orders are processed within 24–48 hours before shipping.
• Please ensure all order details (phone number & address) are correct before confirming.
• No reservations are available — orders are only confirmed upon placement.
• Package inspection before payment is available.
• Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped.
• Used items after delivery cannot be returned.
• Incorrect or incomplete addresses are the customer's responsibility.
• For any issues, contact us on Instagram before returning the item.
